has more than 18 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate and commercial law, having assisted Governmental authorities, publicly held companies, as well as domestic and international private entities in a wide variety of legal matters.

She has broad expertise in the energy sector, having coordinated complex investment projects both in conventional and renewable energy and having assisted many of the key players on the Romanian energy market. Mihaela has been also actively involved in the elaboration of regulations in the trading of electricity and generation of power from renewable energy sources.
